Advantages

  • Products can be returned
  • Make sure this fits by entering your model number.
  • 【Semi-enclosed Plastic Alloy Body】— You can play it once you get it, no need to assemble anymore and all wires are hided which make sure that no mess on the desk. The body adopts aluminum alloy and plastic combined design, platinum material base, ensure stable printing and high precision. The Carborundum glass platform can advoid printing warping, ensure the models can be firmly adhered but removed easily after cooling.
  • 【Double Guide Rail & Auxiliary Leveling】— The Z-axis adopts double guide rail design makes it run more stable, ensure that the 3D printers does not shake during the printing process, eliminate printing layer texture. Beside, under the guidance of the screen, you can complete the leveling in only three steps, super easy for kids and beginners.
  • 【Filament Detection & Feeding Automatically】— When the filament is exhausted or accidentally broken, Aries will automatically stop printing, and print seamlessly after the filament is fed or replaced; Insert the filament into the guide wire tube, activate the auto feeding function then it will be automatically sent to the nozzle, the whole process is visualize to ensure 100% automatic feeding.
  • 【Wireless Transmission】— Built-in WiFi module, you can transfer the stl files to the printer directly once connected to the WiFi, don’t need USB stick or SD card anymore. Beside, you can view the printing process in real time on computer, no need to minitor the printer all the time so you can’t do other works.

Buyer Guide 3D Printers

3D Printers offer users the ability to create physical objects from digital files. Buying the right 3D Printer can be a daunting task and this guide is here to help you make the right decision.

  • Budget. Budget is the biggest factor that should guide your buying decision. While a low-end printer may suffice for most users, the difference in print quality between a low-end and a high-end printer may not be worth the added cost.
  • Nozzle Size. Nozzle size determines the size of the nozzle tip. A larger nozzle tip prints finer details, but requires more time to print. The tradeoff is that printing a large object may require more material.
  • Filament Diameter. The filament diameter determines the diameter of the extruded thread. The thinner the filament the better the resolution, but the larger the print. The bigger the print, the longer it takes to print.
  • Print Speed. Print speed determines how fast the printer can print, measured in mm/s. Higher print speeds allow you to print larger objects in a short time.
  • Nozzle Change Time. The nozzle change will determine how quickly you can replace a nozzle tip. Changing a nozzle tip with a slow change time means you need to wait for the printer to cool down before you can replace the nozzle tip.

How to choose 3D Printers

3D printing is a fairly new technology, and it can be difficult to sort through all of the different products available. Before you invest in a new printer, it’s important to consider which 3D printer model will best suit your printing needs.

  • Are you going to print mostly small items, or bigger, highly detailed parts? If you are only going to be printing small, highly detailed items, you may want to invest in a printer that can produce smaller parts.
  • Do you want to print in plastic or metal? Some printers can print in plastic, while others can print in metal. Also, some printers can print both.
  • Do you need to print in full color? If you are looking to create full-color prints, you will likely need a 3D printer that can print in full color. Most 3D printers can print in somewhere between 1 and 6 colors.
  • Do you need to print in high resolution? If you are printing in plastic, you may need to invest in a printer with a high-resolution printhead.
  • Do you need to print in biodegradable materials? More and more 3D printers are capable of producing prints in biodegradable materials like PLA.
  • Do you need to print using 3D models? Some 3D printers can scan an object and turn it into a 3D model that the printer can print.

How to maintain 3D Printers

You probably already know that 3D printers are handy little devices. However, did you know that maintaining your 3D printer is just as important? You can have the best-quality printer on the market, but if you don’t take the time to maintain it, it won’t last long.

  • Clean the print bed regularly. The bed is the part of the printer that holds the object to be printed. If the bed isn’t properly cleaned, your print may not come out as clean as you would like. Make sure the print bed is cleaned at least once a week, and more frequently as needed. Also, make sure you clean the print bed with warm, soapy water.
  • Use a filament conditioner. Filament conditioners help clean the extruder and nozzle of the printer. They also help remove clogs from the extruder and help clean the filament when the print is done.
  • Use an ultrasonic cleaner. Ultrasonic cleaners can be used to clean the break and nozzle of the printer. Ultrasonic cleaners can also be used to clean printer accessories, including filaments.
  • Use a filament dryer. Filament dryers help remove moisture from the nozzle and print head, helping to prevent clogs.
  • Use an air compressor to blow out the filament. If your printer filament is stiff or thick, you may want to use a compressor to blow the filament out to remove moisture.
  • Use rubbing alcohol and cotton swabs to clean the print head. Sometimes, the filament can bend and clog your print head. To clean this area, mix 5% rubbing alcohol with cotton swabs, and gently clean the print head.
